Can we use our existing sales process or will a new one need to be implemented?
If your sales process will accomplish the objective then we would prefer to keep it in place.
Most of the time, only small modifications are made to the existing sales process in order to make it more effective.
Our belief is that there are numerous sales processes and methodologies that will get the job done.
Most sales processes which are producing sub-standard results are caused by poor implementation and execution...not necessarily the sales process itself.
