With Sage Warfield's 20/20 performance-based sales consulting program, our client's pay only 20% of the fixed consulting rate. In exchange for risking 80% of our fees on the engagement, Sage receives 20% of the incremental annualized sales increase as a performance bonus.
In the event that your sales do not increase by the agreed upon benchmark, you owe nothing further.
The flat-rate program provides our clients with certainty regarding total consulting costs, while the 20/20 program allows clients to hedge against non-performance.
