How long will the process take before our sales consultant produces meaningful results?
A single division sales turnaround project typically takes ninety days.
With this in mind, we don't leave a sales division or team until it has sustained these levels for at least twenty-one (21) consecutive days.
Therefore, results normally begin to reach optimal levels at about the sixty-day mark. Then we continue to drive the machine to sustain these sales results for another three weeks.
The final week to ten days is spent de-briefing executives, sales leaders, and first-level sales management on the process we used to attain these sales numbers. Our goal is to make sure that everyone is well equipped to replicate this once the baton is passed back into their capable hands.
